We process only high-density, premium-grade coconut shells from Sumatra and Sulawesi that have reached full maturity. Every batch is carefully inspected for cleanliness and density, ensuring the resulting charcoal consistently delivers optimal fixed carbon levels, ultra-low ash output, and highly reliable performance.
Ecoco Nusantara prioritizes streamlined, secure export logistics. We accept all transactions via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), ensuring processed and attentive transparency. By establishing a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of one standard container (20ft or 40ft FCL), we optimize shipping economics and ensure highly reliable, large-scale delivery to your destination.
To secure your order and initiate production, our standard terms require a 50% advance deposit upon T/T, with the remaining 50% balance settled prior to container loading. We recognize that every business operates differently, and we are open to negotiating these terms to establish a mutually beneficial, long-term partnership.
